International Sales Executive Trainee
For our candidates we offer a complex traineeship program and continuous management support.
The program will include:
- Comprehensive sales training (general sales and telesales techniques)
- Training on international business communication with senior executives
- Training on negotiation technics and business development tools
- European pharmaceutical industry knowledge, special area: clinical trials
- Deep understanding of international event organization industry
In this position you will:
- Get involved in the event coordination operations
- Maintain international telecontact with senior executives
- Conduct a proactive B2B telesales activity
- Be part of a small and effective project team
- Demonstrate exemplary work attitude and revenue generation ability

Event Sales Executive
Competencies & Skills Required:
- Fluent business English
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Dynamic and positive attitude
- Comfortable to work to targets and deadlines
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Ambitious and self motivated attitude
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or in telesales / fundraising is an advantage.

Sales Team Manager
In this position you will:
- be involved in setting and measuring revenue and KPI targets
- motivate a team of 2-3 sales executives to achieve these targets
- lead by personal example in both work attitude and revenue generation
- maintain contact with senior executives in the global healthcare industry
Competencies & Skills Required:
- a dynamic, driven, self-motivated and persistent attitude
- a strong desire for financial benefits that increase with the achieved results
- at least 2 years’ current or recent experience in B2B telesales
- a proven and verifiable record in leading a sales team for at least a year
- good written and especially spoken English
